chick soup ingredients: 1.Chicken stock 200 grams 2.Mushrooms(any kind) 100 grams 3.Green Chinese cabbage 20 grams 4.several slices of tomato. |

Method: 1.Boil the cabbage , tomato and mushrooms in water for a short while, then take them out and drain. 2.Stew the vegetables, mushrooms and chicken stock until they boil. |

Characteristics: The soup is rich in Vitamin C and D, It gains a golden colour and bracing taste. Best of all, it is easy to make. |

原料: 洋葱、菠菜叶、樱桃、鸡蛋、面粉、面包渣 做法: 1.菠菜切丝炸成菜松,将洋葱切片后拖蛋糊,再粘面包渣。 2.逐个下入5成热油中,炸至金黄色装盘,用菠菜松、香菜、樱桃围边即成。
