    大家都知道紫外线能使皮肤损害、脱水、老化(甚至致癌),较少有人知道眼睛也需要紫外线防护。

 

    在人体的所有器官中,眼睛最易直抱头鼠窜 暴露在紫外线下受伤害。

 

    长时间地暴露在紫外线下,可使眼睛的晶体、角膜、视网瞙受伤害,从面提高白内障和其他眼病的的发生率。

 

    抗紫外线眼镜可以防护。

 

    而普通的墨镜的则有害无益,因为它不能阻挡紫外线,而它在眼睛的局部造成的黑暗环境使瞳孔扩大,加大进入眼睛的紫外线。

 

 

提示:

 如果可能的话,不要在中午10点钟到下午4点钟出去。否则要戴上防紫外线眼镜和有边的帽子,带一把遮阳伞。

 

避免在日光下直晒。

 

多吃些富含维生素C或E的食物以利于眼睛的营养。

It is well-known ultraviolet (UV) radiation can damage ,dehydrate and age the skin ; it is less known that eyes need even more protection from the radiation.

Among all the human body parts , eyes are most directly exposed to UV radiation .

Long-time exposure can cause early aging of eyes and damage to the cornea , lens and retina , while increasing the number of cataracts and other eye diseases.

Anti-UV sunglasses play a crucial role in the  protection of eyes.

According to oculists from Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai, sunglasses are best in light colors, like tawny and viridescent.

Wearing sunglasses which are unable to keep out UV radiation is said to be worse than not wearing them at all, because the darker environment created by sunglasses enlarges the pupil, which makes the eyes more vulnerable to UV radiation.

Tips:

     Don't go out from 10 am to 4 pm if  possibl3e. Wear anti-UV sunglasses, put on hats with brims and bring an umbrella if you have to go out .

    Avoid exposure to direct sunshine.

    Eat some Vitamin C or E to protect the lens.
